Happy Back to the Future Day! I’ve spent most of my life waiting for October 21, 2015 to arrive, and now it’s finally here. When I first started watching the movies as a kid, 2015 seemed forever away. Now, it’s hard to believe that the 80’s were 30 years ago. Funny how time works. It really is more relative than we might think.
For the past couple of weeks, I’ve tried to figure out what to do to make today special. Obviously, sneaking some Back to the Future into the schedule is a must, but there’s only so much flexibility when there’s still so much work to do.
So, I decided to do something I knew would be fun: wear an homage to Marty McFly.
Unfortunately, that’s much easier said than done, especially with what I have at my disposal. After all, I’m not exactly an orange vest kind of person. However, I figured that a button up shirt, denim shirt/jacket, and a vest would do the trick, so that’s what I opted for.
Before I get to grading, one last thing: a video about this classic movie.
So, happy Back to the Future Day! And may the Clubs win this year, just because it’d be awesome for the movie to have correctly predicted that too.
